Croissants
The smell of yeast rising and fresh bread baking in the oven is the best! This recipe is fail proof and it makes so many rolls, you can gift your friends. Toss away the myth that you can't make homemade croissants.
Just trust me or ask my friends if these rolls aren't to die for soft and light.
They freeze so well, you can make them ahead of your holiday meal. Then when the big day shows up, wrap them in a foil basket and warm them in the oven! Just follow the instructions carefully and your family will shout, "Keeper."
I realize some of you bakers use a bread maker and fancy machines. I use my trusty hand mixer, wooden spoon and knead the dough on my bread board.
If you want you can also make homemade applesauce with McIntosh red apples. Find the instructions for apple sauce under the blog- recipes.
Holiday favorites. Great with your rolls and the kids will love it!
Bread has been around forever as a staple in multiple countries. Go ahead and try this recipe and let me know how it turns out!
