When you make up the broccoli mushroom soup realize you can put about anything you want into this white sauce. We often get rotisserie chickens and toss chunks in this soup. You could sauté celery and onion and diced boiled potatoes. Of course if you love sausage and corn, you know what you can do! Also people who are cheese lovers can add some Swiss or Sharp Cheddar. Be creative!
