Through the years, Dr. Donna presented for Mary Kay groups, Women’s retreats, Human Resource groups, Multi-Disciplinary Grand Rounds, and Church groups. Creating and providing interactive lessons for the middle school age Sunday School and Vacation Bible School resulted in amazing growth. Like weeds in the garden the class jumped from eight to twenty-four. Active in the Walk to Emmaus, Journey, and Chrysalis she has served in multiple positions for this Upper Room retreat, including Lay Director. A love for equipping students and staff, Dr. Donna frequently shares knowledge by providing an array of in-services on multiple medical-surgical topics. Nurses push themselves to obtain advance degrees and often approach Donna for advice on projects and help with academic writing. Their success is her success.
